The PWC needs to inform CSA - this is a problem many NRP have! Also CSA may say that if child benefit is still being paid to PWC then money from the NRP for child suport is still due.
You can ask CSA to look at this for you, but they will want proof/evidence from NRP that the child is no longer studying, they can do benefit check to see if child benefit still being paid, but in my experience looking doubtful for you, as child benefit will probably be paid to the PWC until at least September unless child is now claiming Jobseekers allowance in their own name0 -
He could try informing the child benefit agency & send along any proof he may have of his Daughter no longer being in further education.Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Debt at highest approx £102,000. Debt now (October 2009 - absolutely fork all!!!):beer:
CSA case closed on 02/09/10 :beer::beer:0 -
This is the problem my OH has, his daughter will be 19 in Nov, has left college and is working full time.The CSA said he has to prove she is working and refuse to discuss the case any longer until September.We have now involved the ICE and withing 2 days had a call from csa saying the complaint team have allocated a case worker and will be in touch within 5 days.We feel so frustrated and powerless.
We also contacted child benefit as we think it may be fraudulent to claim child benefit for a child who works full time.0
