Hello,
I too had paid the £50 deposit to this company and have called them today after reading your thread. A man answered telling me Mike Leigh is no longer there and telling me how sorry he was and that mine was not the first call he had received of this nature. However, after a bit of digging around on the internet it seems the company now registered to the same address is Bernard Leigh Electrical! I didnt realise this until I was off of the phone with Mr B Leigh but it seems too much of a coincidence that Mr B Leigh is now working at the same place as a Mr M Leigh who we booked the ferrari through. I am getting straight on the phone to trading standards.0 -

Well I managed to get it sorted through wedding insurance.. because the compnay has just disapeared and not filed for bankrupsy or something it was difficult to make a claim as we have to prive they have gone bust...not easy if there is no evidence to say they have!
They will consider it as breach of contract if they don't show up on the day, so we have to wait until after the wedding to get the deposit back..
As the wedding is on friday this week I am not going to bother trying to find another company to provide a ferarri...my OH is happy to drive himself there for free!
xNow a married lady and loving it! Now..to clear that pesky mortgage! :beer:0
