Out of the blue BOS pt 2

I have had a £8000 debt on repayment plan for four years. Paid off 25% of it, never missed a payment. Then today "Rockwell debt collection agency" try to get payment in full. Not interested in negotiating increased monthly payments at all, but very quick of the mark to offer a significant discount for the settlement. What is going on???

hhhhhhhmmmmmm...........sounds a bit suspect to me......could the DCA have sold it on? Or are Rockwell some nasty fly by nights hoping to get money from whoever they can and disappear?0
