Are you struggling with your mental health at the moment or just fed up generally?

It does sound like you have been doing marvellously well. so what ever happens don't be hard on yourself (my OH has mental health issues, so struggles with handling money, he beats himself up really badly when he messes up which makes him even more stressed so he spends even more money - still, I always find out in the end!)

When was the last time you did something nice for yourself?

Your health is the most important thing, moneysavingslave.(talking to myself here as well - I've been on IB for a few years) I don't know what condition you have, but I hope you can make a good recovery or at least improvement. :beer:
