Get some help for your agrophobia, anxiety and panic attacks and then widen your job prospects. Deal with your demons instead of putting up with them.

If only it was that simple!
I too suffer from anxioty, I am still on the waiting list for CBT (which would help me over come my problems) 5 months after going to the doctors.

    Good luck gemmalouise20

I didn't mean to offend, and apologies if that's what i've done. It just seems she's accepted her life as it is and is making do instead of dealing with her phobias head on and enriching her life aswell as her pockets.

I used to work with a lad who was previously agrophobic, and had been for some time. But he eventually decided he wanted to control the phobia rather than have the phobia control him and he set about getting his life back on track. There's help out there but this lad managed to do it himself. he'd set targets like getting to the front door then next week he'd open it and look out everyday, then next week he'd stand on the door step a minute longer than the previous day. Then the path, garden gate, phone box on the corner and so on. Last year he did a charity skydive thing and made a lot of money for his charity.
Jemma, you sound like a lovely person, someone who would be a real benefit to the World. Again, sorry if i offended you, but please take inspiration from my mate and share your beauty with us by taking that first step towards freedom. I'll be your encouragment coach/mate if you like and will be a friend for you getting over this temporary barrier.

The OP would need some time to get to that point. Whilst many people believe that a proactive approach works, sometimes you can make the problem 10 times worse by believing it's smaller than it actually is. When the OP is ready to make a move to start dealing with her phobias, that'll be when it's likely to work. Until then I think she's looking for advice regarding her current situation rather than her future one :)
Never argue with an idiot; they'll bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
