Is there an email address where i can wrtie to Tesco with a complaint???
I can only seem to find phone numbers or addresses for posted letters......any help gratefully received

I wrote a complaint to customer.service@tesco.co.uk with a copis to terry.leahy@tesco.com and terry.leahy@tesco.co.uk

Received a reply from Steven Phillips Tesco Customer Service saying that they are looking in to the matter.

Thanks for the info i will write to them now ...its nothing major but its been annoying me for a while now and i am just in the mood to write a letter ....

Don't try too hard when complaining, but do ask for compensation. If you don't ask, you certainly don't get to eat into Tesco's profit margin.

PS Do you really think that Terry Leahy would ever get to read your complaint? Nah, that's what he pays the CSC to do.

Hi - a couple of times I have emailed directors with my complaints when I thought I was getting nowhere with the usual channels. One time I was given a replacement shower for the one I thought I was misold and the installation paid for by the company. The other time when I was trying to get a spare part for an electrical kitchen item which never seemed to come, I got a whole new one of the item plus a deep fat fryer worth £70 to say sorry. I think it pays to take it to the top. It may not get you anywhere but sometimes it does. I have a complaint for Tesco myself which is why I have searched for this post.
