Dentist

I have a wisdom tooth winch is rather wobbly (loose) I also have TMJ in my jaw.

I need to find a dentist to have a look at this tooth.

So can anyone tell me how to find a dentist, please?

Thanks
Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p

I find that word of mouth is best. I got my present dentist after a friend's recommendation, and boy is he good! :A
Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.

Follow the instructions in my signature.

Also - don't go in and tell them you have a TMJ in your jaw, or you'll end up as a funny anecdote at a dentist's party!

TMJ = Temperomandibular Joint - it's the jaw joint.

It would be a bit like going to the Dr and complaining that you have a knee in your leg! :D

You may have a TMJ problem, but everybody has a TMJ.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
