NOPE NOT THERE EITHER! this is weird.
in my life i have only ever had one card with the abby and that was a credit card. i remember about to get it sent to a debt managment company around the time they changed names to santander. not one is showing up on my credit report but its not the right one i have. my credit was for £5,500 and im well over it now at £5,700 and havent made a proper payment for 2 years (tried debt management plan, then not paying for 6 months then paying the company the debt got passed to called 1st credit) but the only snatander i have on any of my credit files (all 3 credit file companies online) is this one====

does this mean the debt doesnt exhist? im confused now as this big debt is a major factor of needing to go br0 -
No. Not all companies have used CRAs in the past. For example First Direct only started reporting data about 4 years ago, meaning that you could be in arrears but no credit reference agency would know about it.
When they changed a few years back, only new accounts were added, existing accounts were not reported on. Even today thousends are not reported on, however as soon as they open another account they will be. In my case I took out a new credit card, and that added my current account to the CRA databases.
So if you open a new account with Santander, chances are they will add all your other existing accounts to CRA reporting. Hope this helps.0 -
so guess its still a debt i need to deal with! gutted as though without that one i could possibly aford to repay the others in a reasonable time frame and might not have to go br0

Ok, do you really need to go bankrupt? 1st credit are a debt collection agency. Why dont you try to reduce the payments. Its possible to do. Even a debt company would prefer you to make lower payments than no payments at all.0 -
Don`t worry about it, B of S was missing from my files with all 3 CRA`s. Just put down what info you have for it on your forms.:pB&SC No. 298
