Good value Make up Palettes

Dear All,

I'm going away on a few trips in the tail end of this year and was wondering if anyone knows of any decent make up palettes that won't cost an arm and a leg. I have got the art of packing light clothes wise down to an art it is just everything else that needs some work!

Many Thanks

Emski xx

I believe ELF has just brought out a Beauty Encyclopedia range (several for eyes, lips and 1 for the face) which are proving very popular. Might be worth looking into as they're only about £6 each I think.
Never argue with an idiot; they'll bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Keep your eye out for the Boots freebies they do, can't say when they appear but have noticed it being around the time of a new fashion season. Normally free if you spend so much or if you wait a bit longer they sell them off for around £6.50. Could also try ebay for these?

I buy the Benefit mini kits on Ebay, think the last one I bought was £8 (full price is over £20), they're really neat, not much bigger than a powder compact.

Someone recommended ELF's element custom compact's to me and I was really pleased with mine. The compact is £1.50 and the makeup you can choose from £1.50 as well. I did a review of it here:

Sleek do great eyeshadow palettes. They cost about £6?
They're sold in Superdrug. The colours are very intense and they really are good value.

Here are a couple on Superdrug's website:
