hope i've got this in the right place.........
spoke to my sister and she told me about her money worries - she has got behind with her catalogue and is receiving daily calls from their debt department - sometimes 2 or 3 a day.
i've helped her write a letter offering lower payments and asking for them to stop calling her as shes finding it too much to cope with.
is there anything she can do if they persisit in calling her? my only thoughts is complaining to office of fair trading so any ideas welcome

She could write to them & ask for them to only write to her about her debt.
