Nectar Points and EDF Energy website problem

Hi
Apologies if this is in the wrong place, but for those of you that have a nectar card and adf as energy suppliers, and receive the account summary mailing - there as a 200points coupon as a thankyou for edf and when i went online to register the points, it says " a claim has already been made with this nectar card number". I phoned nectar, but they said phone edf.
So, if you phone 0808 10 15 150 - they should put the points on, as they said a few people had received this incorrect message.

had gas with edf since the start of 2006.
Have just applied for a nectar card too.
I have 550pts with EDF, shouldn't it be more than that?

also just realised that the 3200 points available per year are in fact 1600 points unless you want to increase your bill by £16.80 per year (DD discount).
Or am I missing something?0 -

yep you don't get both..Also if you pay by monthly direct debit get an 'inbuilt' monthly direct debit discount from your bills ( a slightly lower price)...if you would prefer to get nectar points for paying by direct debit..contact EDF..I think you get an additonal 200 points per fuel.0 -
