I had the same problem. Should work as long as you put in your post code right, that is what the sorting office goes after.

Received a letter from them in the post today saying

"Thank you for requesting your free sparkling scented gem on jenniferlopezbeauty.com....."

And in the bottom of the envelope I found a 50p sized red gem. You scratch it on the back of the jem and you can get an idea of what her perfume LIVE LUXE is smelling.

Have anyone else received theirs today??
