did you get an email confirming your order? it says your order is on the way. there is a link below your address where you can track it's progress. just found out that my is delivered by LYNX

I got an e-mail right after i ordered it........

Your email has been recieved and will be processed shortly.
Our dedicated Customer Services department will endeavour to resolve................Blah blah


Nothing since then, on my staples account and on my order history it's showing the order from the 18th (when i ordered) and next day delivery.

I sent them an email around 3pm today asking if it was due but heard nothing since!

i think that is the first email you receive from staples. there is another email confirming delivery of goods and it is from Shipping.Confirmations@STAPLES.CO.UK

on that email it will give you your order number etc

when you filled in the details did you state you are a business, i.e. have a company name?

Yeah I did state I was a company... luckily I got confirmation this morning, the only rubbish thing is that they dont tell you whats in your order!! :rolleyes:

When I tracked it, it said the weight is '3' and I only bought a pack of highlighters.... does anyone know if thats alot and might mean that the freebie is def with it?
