Ofsted Registration

Hi Guys
I'm working as a Nanny and need to register with Ofsted so the lady I work for can claim childcare vouchers.
I have no formal childcare qualifications and so need to do a short course to get one so that I can register
I have been trawling the internet and can't find any courses out of London or Reading. I'm looking for a college in Herts that run these courses, or at least a website that can help!

Are you being paid the right rate, or is the employer taking the mick?
Your posting reads (to me) like she's taken you on, on the cheap, now wants you to sort out the trouble/expense/time of getting registered so she can get the vouchers. A bit cart before the horse.
I know nothing about any of this .... it's just how I read it. Maybe she's wonderful and you're paid fabulously and she is funding all the courses etc you'll need.... and I just read into it things that aren't there.0 -

I found this site thanks but I don't want to travel into London. They also hold courses in Reading, but I was looking for a local training centre or college in Herts.0 -
