DMP but mint concerns

HI all, i am on a DMP with payplan since jan all is going well apart from lloyds & littlewoods. Mint were one of the 1st to agree & have been great i get regular statements from them & the minimum payment is always what i pay them through payplan so £6.45 but today the minimum payment has shot back up to £88!! I phoned them & they said they dont know why & to ignore it. Thing is he didnt really sound very convincing & i think that they are now not acccepting the plan. Is this likely? or is it just an admin error?

Sorry i know im probably worrying over nothing but im so stressed out my the DMP thing its unbelivable! Probably being 34 weeks pregnant isnt helping my worrying :)

Have you spoken to CCCS to see what they say?
Sometimes reduced payments are only agreed by a creditor for 3 or 6 months at a time.
Hope you can get it sorted out & try & not stress to much.
    Take care.

I get this sometimes with my Mint statements but I just keep paying the agreed amount and it sorts it out eventually

Have you logged onto your justabank account? If with payplan you will have one, and there you can see if a creditor has accepted/rejected your payment. Def worth keeping an eye on your justabank to tell what's been paid etc too.

    Hi Funkyfish.

We were on a DMP with Payplan for over 2 and half years. Most of our creditors accepted our plan and offer, but every 6 months they reviewed the situation. They wanted a Financial Statement sending through every 6 months. Speak to Payplan, once they have re submitted the Financial Statement your creditors will probably reduce the interest again. If you started in January, you are around the 6 months mark. Log onto your Justabank account and check if they have accepted, otherwise speak to payplan and see what they can do.
