Hi Welshy,
I am gutted for you and I think that is terrible on the part of Tesco. I guess they have assumed that you wanted yours and your OH cards merged with your joint one?

But fancy doing that without checking with the customer first (what if a couple were actually divorcing or something and hadn't got around to closing their joint card, only to find Tesco had merged their separate accounts - imagine the court case for custody of the vouchers, lol!). :rotfl:

I do think it's out of order and I am sure you will put them right.

Every little (clubcard point) helps, I even make sure I get about six greenpoints each time I visit, by just putting a couple of things in each bag.

I have written my 2 letters asking for the 2 clubcards to be de-linked from my main credit card so hopefully that should be done shortly.

Also wrote a letter to clubcard as I had a voucher for fairy washing up liquid but 4 out of 4 stores do not stock that size

Now await their responses

I also had a clubcard voucher for the Fairy liquid - can't remember the size now - but as with you I couldn't find it so I went to CS and they agreed that I could use the voucher on a 500ml bottle.

Thanks for that nyarlathotep, I have today photocopied the above mentioned voucher and sent Tescos a letter asking where I can purchase this product if that fails I will contact CS

I went to the CS desk as I had a voucher for the de-caf teabags (160) no-where I went sold them in that size. I tried to contact Tescos but they said down to stock levels blah blah. i went to the CS desk who agreed I could use it on normal tea bags as long as I bought 160 ! I had offered to buy two sets of 80...

Hello all,
Recently I bought something with my clubcard vouchers in the deals brochure. I was a few quid short so a freind lent me a couple of his online codes which I used to buy what I wanted. I ordered on Tuesday and according to tesco, my tokens havent been dispatched yet. Should I be worried Tesco have sussed me out?
