If you stop the card, the transaction will still go through. Even if you call the bank and say that the card was lost and stolen- LIE- they will investigate it and if it comes to light that you lied, then it constitutes fraud.

The Yes Loans address is literally a 5 minute drive away from where i live!

I thought they were based in a big office but this is obviously some silly little room in somebodies house or in a rented unit.

I have spoken to many miserable customers regarding these guys - there is nothing you can do to stop them taking money apart from the methods above, and there is little chance of disputing the charge as you have volunteered your card information over the phone.

I urge each and every individual to also look at ID Theft protection as you really don't know whose hands your personal info is falling into the lap of...

see the beneficial we fight any claims blog on the forum We fight any claims say they repaid my money on the 15t July and it will take 5 days to show on my account Ill let you know.. yes loans has gone to the financial claims dept they have to give you a period of time to cancel something to do with distance selling

i too got ripped off by them afew years ago, they took the deposit thing, and that was that then they couldnt help me, hence why i went to flm loans in the end.

they are real arsey at yes loans id never try them ever again

I'm just amusing myself asking them to contact me with their 'contact box' where you can ask them to ring you back.

Its amazing how many numbers for sex shops you can find and put into the dial back box when you look on the internet. Lets all have fun asking them to contact us at dodgy numbers.

Does anyone have the home phone number for the chairman of Yes loans? :-)

contact your bank and inform them what is happening maybe they can put a stop on it
or report your card stolen or missing and they will send you out a new card with a different security number (last three digits)on the back of your card,if not they will keep trying your account until they get your money

just make a complete nuisnce of yourself make it known that you will not simply go away talk to consumer direct 08454 04 05 06 they will give you all the info you need and they keep a record of who people are complaning about also they have a form to report a scam; :T report we fight any claims and yes loans get thier names known to this offical body come on group action issytm
