What kind of Job would I be able to do

Hi
I trained as a laboratory technician and have also been a customer care adviser in a former life. However I now have rheumatoid arthritis and its playing havoc with my hands. Even typing this is hurting. Both my previous occupations require alot of dexterity which is rapidly going.
Once my little one goes to school I as hoping, if I am on the right medication to control my symptoms, to go back to work part time.
I don't know what kind of job I could do that would be suitable for someone with my condition.
I used to suffer from lack of motivation.... now I just can't be arsed.
