Edit: Finally got it to work by leaving out 2nd line of address and county.

Its just done the same to me, and i got it to work by just putting in the first half of my postcode...hope this helps xx

Don't have a city in my address. Village, town, county and postcode only. Tried variations on post code -all with space, all without space, just first part. Tried different city's around here. Tried county as city.Still no joy! Gave up

I've just ordered mine. Like you I stay in a village. I put the village in the same space as the street and where it said town (I think) I put county and then put in my postcode. That, like you, was after a lot of tries!!
