Cue the rant that they have to honour the original price followed by threats of small claim court.
Won't have a leg to stand on(I didn't order):
Please note: This is an 'open' order and has not been processed by our dispatch department. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Play.com until Play.com dispatches the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Play.com of your offer to buy goods from Play.com or a third party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Play.com (whether or not you receive that e-mail).0 -

And that is why people who genuinely only want 1 copy as a bargain for personal use miss out, do these numb nuts who order 25 copies not realise?
I know, it's really annoying but that's how it goes. I have ordered one for my mum but now i know that there's no chance of it going through. Still, you never know do you, it was only at that price for about 20 minutes (if that). We can dream......good luck with getting yours0 -
Too late for them to send any out, so I doubt any will get dispatched tomorrow...congrats to anyone who slips throughWe have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

if they have debited the money from the account, would that mean contract agreed etc? (sorry newbie)

they have refunded the money (yesterday)then took it back soon after although they sent cancellation email wednesday?0
