Hi, im new to the forum and need a bit of help please. A while ago whilst reading a thread on here i came across a link that allowed you to print a note to take with you when you went out for a meal letting them know that you have coeliac diesese. The print out was availabe in different languages. My daughter has recently been diagnosed with this diesese and we are going on holiday in a few weeks and this would be ideal as we are going all inclusuve. I cannot find it anywhere so if anyone can help then please do. Cheers.

why not just print one out saying it and either get it laminated or just put a stack in your purse.
