Pressure washer and patio cleaner (Karcher?)

I have just moved house and the driveway and brick work is really dirty. I want to buy a pressure washer with a patio cleaner and have been looking at Karcher. There seem to be lost of 'packages' some with different sorts of lances, power, brushes and patio cleaners (there seems to be 3 or 4 of those alone!)

can anyone recommend a package and where i can get it from please?

Just got a 'cheap' Karcher , Argos . £60
Came with a 'lance' and a brush , clean the car.

Had a Karcher, patio T50 attachment from an old Karcher , absolute rubbish.
Luckily it was a 'free' inducement , because it certainly was not worth anything.

Looking for a pressure washer so can clean car/patio and windows if possible. Need to either have a long hose or to be safely/easily able to add an extension to it as living in new build with no external tap!

looking for something well made durable (concerned with all the plastic easy to break bits) any advice welcomed warmly:)

weight also may make a difference as i'm disabled.

This Nilfisk pressure washer gets excellent reviews at both Amazon and Argos. It is portable and, although some reviews describe at as being plasticky, others say it is sturdily built. I would guess you'd be able to add extension hoses to it although it's not clear in the description. How many people have external taps anyway?
