my old address was wrong on land register /nothing to do with me ,had lots of debt .think ill need the personal touch
theres far to much to put in a forum

My advice Mick is not to get people contacting your email address, one because not all advice is correct and too you will get spam mail for posting it.

My advice is to arrange your debts so you know what is what, and get in touch with a debt charitity, CCCS and CAB are on the list, but so are others. I would personally start with calling CCCS. List - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2077631

You say your address was wrong, are the debts owed actually owed by you? Are you sure this are magistrate not county court bailiffs. If it is the magistrates it implies criminal offences have occurred rather than just financial ones.

I would remove the email address unless you are happy to get lots of spam.

CCCS is a free debt advice charity. CAB can offer advice on debt but go into various other areas too.
