Been looking around again, went on the moneyfacts site (linked from this site), did the usual form filling to get the comparison up.

Came up with some amazing results, see below



5 year fixed at 2.99% with £999 setup fees from Britannia, 5yf at 3.39% with £99 setup fees from Nationwide.

Wow, too good to be true, and i think it may well be? Looked on the lenders sites & they dont have any offers like that.

I clicked apply, looking for more info, and got directed to Mortgage Solvers, which appear to be a broker of some sort. I have filled it in & sent it off, awaiting a call from them tomorrow, but i'm guessing those deals wont be offered to me.

Anyone dealt with them before?

Just done it again, and its came up with different results, i'm 100% i've done it the same as last time, must have been a glitch on the website.
