What does the letter from the company say? Not sure how true it is but ACAS told me that the company don't have to offer the right of appeal (I have previously had duff information from ACAS though).0

You wouldn't be the first person to say that! But it is broadly true. They must follow their procedure (so if the company offer one and the time limit for submitting it is 5 days, that's what it is), and it is good practice (but not law) to offer a right of appeal.0 -
on what grounds would she appeal?
is there an obvious source of bias in the person hearing it?
was all the evidence not heard?
you cannot appeal because you don't agree with the opinion of the person hearing the greivance. you needs grounds. what are they?Debt free 4th April 2007.
