What job can I do?

I don't know what job to do. I think I have social phobia. I'm fine with people if they don't bother me. I know that sounds like I'm anti social, I don't know how to describe it. Like when I was waiting for a bus an old lady started chatting to me, I was fine. But if the same old lady was in a shop where I worked and was asking me about the products, I freak out. When I'm nervous I mess up and because I mess up I get more nervous.
It's not just dealing with public. I am not at ease with coworkers either. I only feel at ease with coworkers who are honest and genuine.
I was thinking maybe delivering leaflets but I haven't passed my test yet (I'm learning to drive).
I know I have a problem that needs to be sorted. But I need in job in the mean time. Can anyone suggest anything?
I worked in a shop thinking exposure would help with my problem but it made me worse. I never want to work in a shop again.

Are you good with numbers?
Why don't you do a few of those career questionnaires on the internet and
see what jobs they come out with?Trying to spread calmness, understanding and optimism on MSE

I would try contacting the Jobcentre and getting an appointment with Nextstep. They will be able to advise you and put you in direction of suitable courses if there are any that would help you get a start into any occupation.0
