approved nationwide personal loan yet still waiting on agreement

hi there,
I have just been approved a £12,000 personal unsecured loan from nationwide over the internet,though waiting a long time for the agreement documents,are there future grounds where they can still refuse you,or am i just panicking over nothing. Whilst asking to resend the agreement thinking it may have been mislayed was told it has been approved 3 days later no letter still.

Depends whether the approval was conditional or not.

Did they say it would be subject to further checks or ask you to send pay slips to confirm income etc?

If you receive the full credit agreement then the loan is definately approved.

I wouldn't worry. Generally a bank/ building society won't use the word 'approved' unless you have passed all the checks electronically.
