Can anyone help regarding a CV please?

I'm 30 now and have been out of work for the last couple of years because i've been rather ill, anyway the doctor say's he thinks I should be able to go back to work now.
The problem is in the last 2 years I have had to get a new laptop because my old one broke when I dropped it in the hospital and didn't think about anything when I binned it. Now i've just realised my CV was on it and I haven't got a clue when I had a copy saved on a memory stick so I now need to do another one.
Does anyone have any advice in doing a new CV from scratch or does anyone know of any good sites with templates on.
Also i'm worried about how hard it may be to get a job when I put that there's a 2 year gap in my employment history because of illness and although I am able to go back to work I haven't been given the all clear from the hospital and may need to go back for treatment at some point in the future as well as regular scans every 5-6 months.
If anyone has any advice for me creating a new CV it will be gratefully appreciated
