i think MrEnglish perhaps lives in west bromich so maybe thats the cause of all the confusion
anyway i keep getting sidetracked by stalkers. so back on topic. the drops in my area seem to be speeding up. more properties are on the market with even more price reductions. could be the sign of things to come0 -

It does seem that your area has had two months LR drops.
Hard to tell how this correlates on a longer period if it does mean drops or it could be stagnation. Some months up. Some months down.
very hard to determine if the drops are accelerating with so few months data to analyse.
You may get what your hoping for though. Only time will tell:wall:
