woohooooo after 4 years of paying back credit cards i`ve finally got there

woohooooooooooooooooooooooooo:j :j :j :j 4 years yes 4 yearssssssssss of paying off my credit cards and ive finally done it today! my balance is £0.00 on all 5 credit cards :D  i never thought i would make it but with steely determination and will power i have overpaid by as much as i could each month. my debt was about 6k when i had my lightbulb moment and i banned myself from ever using a card again, cash or i didnt have it! from next month i have an extra £200 a month to play with in my bank account, this is going to be sheer luxury for me as i usually never have more than about 50p left :o
this has certainly been a sharp learning curve for me, these 4 years has had its trials and tribulations and i`ve certainly learnt my lesson well and i`m never going to be burned again never ever ever!:j from now on i intend to use my extra £200 a month wisely and carry on with my mse ways. on the bright side maybe this was a good lesson to learn so young(ish?) in life as i can move onwards and upwards from this but i can always look back on days gone by when things looked bleak and creditors were banging on the door and harrassing me with phone calls, this will stick with me forever as a lasting reminder of how stupid i once was with money!:o
stick at it you guys it can be done because if i can do it anyone can!!:T
proper prior planning prevents !!!!!! poor performance! :p

do ya know what! i think im gonna be really rash and splash out on a haircut :D i havent had any kind of treats at all in 4 years, i have just trimmed my hair myself thinking that money could be better spent on my debts. it really makes you wonder how sad my life is if i get excited over having a haircut!!:o maybe i can get back to some kind of normality now and just "do" what other people do instead of having to watch every single penny
