It's actually more a service than selling
so may be party plan isn't the right title for it? It is actually something people have done before but not in people's homes - at least not exactly what I would like to do

Not that it matters, I doubt you could protect either, but I'd love it if you have thought of a new way of selling rather than just a new product to sell.Everything happens for a reason

If it's a service, then I don't see how you can stop anybody else from doing it too once you're seen to be doing it.... so all you can do really is do it ... and if it's a go'er then franchise it and hope nobody else does it better/faster/cheaper and has better contacts.JennyJewell wrote: »It's actually more a service than selling

Hmm I don't think I would franchise it because other people could probably do it and just tweak it a little differently. In fact thinking about it I don't think it really is that unique - it's something that has been done before just not in anyone's houses to the extent that I would want to do it

I don't know if I am going to go for it yet but may be in time
Thanx for your help anyway
