    If I thought my OH would be even slightly supportive with the CD I would do it! But I know what he thinks about diets in general and VLC diets in particular - it would be hell! the minute I mentioned being hungry or tired or not wanting to go to the pub he would give me ****!

    So Bunny - as a CD person - should you start on a specific day - as in do you get a horrible dip in energy at any point and can you drink coffee/diet coke?
