they'd be so easy and cheap to make, if you've got the time? and then you can tie them into your colours etc.

what i would do is get a pair of ballet pumps from somewhere like primark or new look, anywhere from £2 to £10 depending (new look have done ones like the first link, with the wicker style, but they'd be a little bit more than primark ones. nice though!) get some superglue and then take a trip either to a local market haberdashery or a department store and have a look around for flowers or feathers or buttons - they're usually very cheap and easy to find. then just stick them with the superglue - finished! alternatively, try ebay to source the decorations.

i have done this with shoes on several occasions and they look gorgeous.

in terms of buying them, i've not seen any like that recently in the shops. hope you find some! xxx
