ok I am seriously gutted. This month we have had to pay for our cars tax, mot, and insurance. we budget £60 a month for all we need for our cars but because we had to pay out on a few things over the last 6mths we only had £70 left for everything else. So the money will be coming in over the next few months but today I need £60 tax, £48 MOT & £238.90 insurance, so I am having to take £276.90 out of the money I made in this challenge, and I have just had to pay £15.17 ebay fees as well as another few bits and bobs I wasn't expecting. So my total now stands at approxiumatlet £125  .

In some ways I wish I had transferred the money as soon as I completed the challenge but then the car things would only have then gone on the credit card I had cleared. But on the other hand I am pleased I have been able to pay them all in cash, and I know the money will be in within the next 3-4months to then pay off the credit card. But I am finding it hard looking at the balance of my challenge account which was over £400 and is now £125.

I'm going to start again from scratch in a week or so time when I am not as gutted and have a bit more motivation again.

Also have just checked my 18 items on ebay and they have no bids on at all and finish tomo so another thing to pee me off but tomo is a different day and I can start a fresh then.

oh dear batgirl-saturday was not a good day for you

hope yesterday was a bit better? :o

i did great north run yesterday and ended up spending over £15 on enough food and drink to satisfy my hunger when id done. im not sure this counts as an actual spend because i had to eat after the run so maybe i can get away with this? hmm.
still at same total and dont anticipate it going up by much any time soon cos got alot going out in next few weeks

also because the traffic was MANIC coming back down from newcastle yesterday i had to ring work and tell them i couldnt work last night-so missed out on my money there aswell  (left the run at 3.20 didnt get home till 9.45!-shift should have started at 8)

    oh well, plod on! :rotfl:
