My Local tkmaxx had them at £24.95 this week bought 2 pairs all sizes but dont remember seeing a 8 lots of 40's (7) my size but might be worth a look

Thanks for this, will have another look in my local TK Maxx. I did look a while ago when they had some stock in but alas no signs of any size 8's (even looked in the mens section!) but will have another browse, fingers crossed

My local TJ Hughes has loads at £19.99. Not the toepost ones but good choice of size and colours,I have 4 pairs and they are so comfortable.

I don't know if you will see this, but I just got my pair today, I ordered a 7.5 but they actually are an 8 (41). A little bit too roomy for me as they do come up big (I'm an 8) so should be ok for you too!


Actually, does anyone know how the fitting should be? I can fit a finger between the back of my heel and the edge of the shoe. Should your skin be touching the back of the shoe?
