Can anyone please tell me how i am supposed to get a credit report from experian if i dont have a bank or credit card because i cant get one?

That link does not show you how to get an experian credit report without needing a bank card, it just tells you the obvious that you can get it for free with the 30 day free trial but reminds you to cancel straight away. My problem is i dont have a card to sign up in the first place.
