Hello all,
First of all iam not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not can someone move this thread please.
Ok here we go,
Iam a 30 year old man, i weigh 17 stone on the button, i do not drink, but i do smoke.
i wear size 40 trousers, my chest size is 46.
Over the last year i have become really conscious of my weight, especially the love handles and belly fat.... so much so that i will not go swimming or take my top off in public as i feel disgusted with the way i look.
i have cut down on fatty crap, and eat allot more healthy then i used to, i have lost in 6 months 1 stone from just cutting out the crap.
i would really like to push things on to the next level with a full on diet, stop the smoking and exercise, i cannot afford a gym membership so i would like to exercise from home...
all i have at home is a gym ball, a mountain bike, and my legs LOL
I left the army in 2001 my weight was a healthy 12 stone, and had a 34 inch waist, since then i have gained some 5 - 6 stone, and 6 inches around my belly / waist, apart from little things i have not really done any kind of hardcore fitness, i would really like to get back in shape !
i know i have to stop the smokes, and i will in combination with a exercise, can anyone give me a fitness plan i can do from home, that would combine CV - walking / jogging, and cycling and the gym ball and any other suggestions you may have ?
i would really appreciate any pointers for shedding the belly and love handles...
thanks in advance
Wayne.

Plenty you can do at home.
Push ups, squats, lunges, situps, cobras, back extensions, planks, tricep dips on the edge of the sofa, leg raises.
I wouldn't give up my gym membership because I enjoy it, but so many of the exercises I do do, I could do at home.
Give this a go aswell.
