Neat Ideas tend to advertise free gifts that they do not have or have a few of the cd player is no longer available although it is on the front page of there new catalogue.
If you dont get your gift or its different return the order which is free to do and hopefully they will improve their service.
Its also rare to get next day from them.

When I did it I did fill in the name of business box with the name of my employers, BUT I paid vat as I did not claim to be a business customer.0
