cough cough coughWhat a nasty piece of work you are.
I hope your employer is happy with you posting abuse in work time.
Still, it fits - abuse your employers trust, abuse fellow posters.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

What about your 3 kids, including your poor disabled daughter? And your wife? How do they feel about being neglected by you day after day, night after night?
 Freak.
Nothing like rising above it ey. Oh well. If trying to be a levelheaded observer doesn't work, in the words of harry hill - Fight!0

My husband and I are in receipt of LHA due to long term illness and disability. This policy is likely to affect us.
When I rented this flat 18 months ago, I did so because the landlord had reduced the rent after it being empty for 6 months.
He is now selling 4 of his 10 properties due to long void periods, for less than he paid for them, as he is paying the mortgages out of his savings. I checked what he paid for my flat, and it is now worth 60-70% of what he paid.
Our lease expires next month. If he puts the rent up we will have to decide whether to pay extra or find somewhere cheaper. We currently pay £47 per week and the rest is LHA.
There are several flats very similar to ours on Rightmove at £45 a month less than our current rent, and some 2 and 3 bedroom houses close by for the same as we are paying.
Do people really think that rents will increase when the 30th percentile is used in calculations? In my previous tenancy, the rent was slightly increased every year. I doubt my landlord is in a position to ask for annual increases atm. I certainly don't feel in a position to pay an increased rent with all this on the horizon.
I can't imagine there will be a queue of people waiting to rent this place if we move, however I am worried about the implications of this in the long term as we don't have the choice to go and get a job.0

I took offence to you calling all landlords parasites - a comment that wasn't provoked.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
