    And just to add - you say that you were already "uncomfortable" about this woman's flirting, but the incident you described took place outside working hours (so nothing at all to do with the employer) when she "dropped you off" - in other words when you got in her car and travelled with her of your own free will. If someone was making me feel uncomfortable with their behaviour, the last thing I would do is get in a car with them! Any claim on these grounds would be thrown out of court - it's nothing to do with the employer if you willing got into a car with another employee, outside working hours, and didn't like the outcome of your decision.
