Good personalised gift idea!

Hi all,

I'm pretty new to the forum, but after stumbling upon this board I thought i'd let you know about a pretty unique personalised gift i've just purchased for my wifes birthday.

I wanted to get something a bit different and maybe querky this year but couldn't think what. A friend of mine recommended a company that does personalised songs for people for any occasion that he'd used before so I had a look on their website. I thought it would be really costly but it isn't,and what you get for the price is fab. So i ordered one, gave them the info I wanted including in the song and i've just received it back and it's really good! I know she will love it and I think a few browny points are coming my way for thinking of something different and a bit special!

Just thought i'd let you know in case anyone is ever looking for gift idea's. The company is called Songs to suit you (I just googled it and found the website)

Nice idea...I'm lucky as my OH is a muso and wrote and recorded me a song a couple of years back. There is something about a song that makes you melt and I had half the women in my office in tears when they heard mine lol

Yeah that's the website. Agreed - I have found it to be a very useful gift idea. I wish I could write the song but I think if I tried it would have my wife crying for the wrong reason! So i'll leave it to the experts.
