'Green' Suggestion: Landfill Free Packaging!

I'm fed up with throwing away to landfill the plastic bubblewrap from online orders so is there a way it can be recycled, over and over again?
Are there people who need this stuff we can give it away to?
Charity shops don't want it! Picture Framers don't want it! High Street shops don't want it! It is a crying shame the amount that is just thrown away.
What about someone setting up a business to collect this stuff from businesses and our homes and then let others have it, for a small fee of course. I don't know how the money will be made, but let us have somewhere to get this stuff back in use, yeah?
Maybe it is just me having a silly moment about it - I have loads of the stuff to get rid of, not having the heart to chuck it, you see!
