No this offer has not closed, maybe I'm too early!!- it was in a booklet I received advertising National Baking Week which starts on October 18th-
it also says members may "request" their copy- presumably you need to e-mail them with a request, rather than it be advertised on the home pageBeing polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!
