Does mouthwash have an expiry date?

I've just found some opened Dentyl Ph mouthwash that I've had since 2008. I really don't want to waste it but I'm unsure if it'll be safe to use. I can't find an expiration date on the bottle.

Does mouthwash generally have an expiration date, and how long does it usually last for?

I had a quick look on their website and it says to use within 6 months of opening
