    I have had the bestest time in the whole wide world! And I came back to find a bottle of fizz on the doorstep from an MSE'er which just blew me away!

    I cannot believe how many lovely messages I have had, it is just amazing xxx

    Might find it difficult to get out of bed in the morning, but hey ho!

    I am so very pleased to hear that you enjoyed your birthday - and hope you will enjoy your forties even better.

    You are doing really well (with everything) and although I don't doubt that there are still many matters to sort out 'this is life' - a bit of a clishe but correct. You have an incredible support network - vistual and real - on which to lean.

    So chin up - life has this amazing capacity to sort itself out.
