There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!

Pippa - I am in Fram
Tis beautiful here today - perfect for a wedding at such an idyllic church. And I used to live literally next door to Dunston Hall when we rented for a year before moving here! So you really ARE in Hypno-Land.
I feel as though I have pounded every lane around here this morning - 9.5 miles done in total :T Very very pleased, especially for run chum who did just over 8 miles (I do a bit extra by running to hers and home again afterwards). It was extremely hot out there, though. but I am glad we did it!
Now off for a much needed shower, then to tackle the conservatory and the dining room as that is where I think I shall see my client today.....she arrives at 12, so not much time really.
good luck with the house viewing se!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

So, conservatory and dining room done, as is the cloakroom.....client seen, and blinds up, so all going reasonably well. I have the beds in place - just need to pick up mattresses now, which I will do this evening.
I need to take out my stuff from my room so that I don't have to disturb the students every time I need something from my wardrobe, and the same from my bathroom, so I will do that next, and run the hoover round upstairs.
Waiting for Tesco to deliver my mass of shopping, so having a much fancied cup of coffee while I wait, then will get on and do some more of my list.....Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
