Hi there,
I dunno if anyone will be able to help but maybe someone will.
I am in quite a bit of debt and have been for 2 years or so now and I have been quite naive and immature towards it untill now but I have recently decided to admit to myself how much of a mess I am in and have been saving to pay it all off.
I know that I owe hsbc £3000 but other than that I got into a habit of throwing all letters away and ignoring my phone and now I have no idea which debt collection agencies i owe money to. So really what I want to know is if there is a way of finding out who I owe to and how much etc. Does anyone know if that is possible somehow?
Thank you very much.
Emma

make sure that you cancel before the 30 days are up otherwise they will charge you,
also look at the other 2 CRA's (equifax & callcredit) with equifax you can pay £2 for a statutory report which you can renew every month, not sure if callcredit have this option,
I hope you find out what you need and well done for taking the first step, i'm sure that someone else will be along to offer some more advice and help,
one thing that they may ask for is a statement of affairs (S.O.A.)
try to be as honest as you can and i'm sure that you willl find a way through this and come out smiling at the end
i did try to post links but i'm not allowed to post them at the moment, someone will come along soon who will be able to help0 -
