Claiming bank charges Lloyds tsb

To reclaim Bank charges from Lloyds Tsb, where do you need to send the first letter too? Does anyone have any info on this, I am about to post the letter with the £10 fee asking for all charges on my account to be sent to me.

I have been on that site but not clear which address to use as there are a few, so just wondering if anyone here was going through this process and what address for lloyds they used..anyone??

Hi Chelly,

I've done this and on the consumer action group there is a link to show the registered address for Lloyds.
I think its 25 gresham St, London.
Thats where I sent mine and recieved my statements all ok.
