Came across this by accident. If you got to https://www.pms.org.uk and register with them. Then go to the diary, the menu then comes up with a free offer. The first 100 people to ring up get a free two month trial of femal worth £30. I've just phoned up and i'm within the first 100 so there might still be places left for anyone out there who suffers.
