Asda Suncream 2 for £5 and some advice

Hi Guys

Asda have there suncream for 2 for £5.

I have just being doing some research aswell on suncream and asda own brand suncream actually comes out tops it beats all the other expensive brands.

I noticed on the back of the nivea that they only offer 3 star protection where as asda is a 5 star protection.

Thought I would just share that advice with you.

Happy sun bathing

I got burnt last week and bought the asda aftersun lotion in this offer which I really reccomend. Its lovely and soothing and sinks in quickly, definitely as good as the nivea which I would normally use.

That article makes really interesting reading but it leaves me with a really bad impression of all the brands named, including the Asda one. I would expect the spf to be exactly as stated on the bottle, not higher or lower:mad:

You seem to think that's a bad thing - but in fact it means it offers far more protection that they say on the bottle.

The Piz Buin on test offered less protection than they claimed it would. I wouldn't be happy with that.

I bought two bottles of the Asda spray on last year.

It's factor 50+ so I expected it to be a total sun blocker. I bought it primarily for mine & OH's tattoos but my dd uses it too & still manages to get a tan through it.:(
